Matt's many career achievements as a screenwriter include writing for popular television and sports shows, movies and screenplays. Matt was responsible for concept creation for Canada Television and the sports show, "Twenty Yard Line" while writing for Martin Rosenblatt Productions, and was Treatment Re-writer for the hit 1980's movie, "Fort Apache the Bronx" starring Paul Newman.
Author of the book, "Confessions of a Palm Beach Psychic" 1st Book Library (July 1st, 2001) and editor/re-writer of the book, "Revenge of the Knight’s Templar" by Adriana Gerolomi (published January 2013), Matt's latest novel "Crossroads: Inside Callisto" was published by Inner Vision Press in September 2012.

Matt DeGennaro graduated from Brown University with a 'BA' in American Literature & English Expression. He then attended the New York University and studied Creative Writing and later went on to the School of Visual Arts where he studied courses in Advertising, Promotion and Marketing.
